Choose if

You're inside an agent session and need US public-company fundamentals with point-in-time correctness — `filing_date <= trade_date` filtering, millisecond-precision `accepted_at`, delisted entities preserved, both raw XBRL tag and canonical `standard_concept` on every row. 12M+ filings since 1994 across ~18,000 entities; pre-computed ratios, factor scores, earnings signals, and a Vectorize index over 10-K/10-Q narrative TextBlocks for semantic search. Sample tier works with no token; Pro ($49/mo) unlocks the full universe; Institutional ($499/mo) adds Forms 3/4/5/144 + 13F/13D/13G smart-money data.

Avoid if

You need non-US fundamentals (this is SEC EDGAR only — no LATAM, EU, or Asian filings), real-time intraday tick data (this is filings-grade, not market-data), or you can't author SQL against DuckDB/Parquet semantics (the MCP exposes natural-language query on top, but power-use is SDK-mediated SQL). Free signed-in tier is still S&P-500-only — full universe requires a Pro subscription.
